Maestitia

Fantasy Faire 2014 is open and runs until Sunday May 11.  It is 11 days of shopping, live music concerts, auctions, hunts and roleplaying to support the American Cancer Society.  I'm amazed each year the creativity of the creators and what a worthy cause we are all working for in the raising funds to fight cancer. This is my 3rd year blogging for the faire and they are doing something new this year...blogger challenges.  I chose Faire Folk.  We are suppose to create a character and select a sim to make the characters home.  I'm not much of a story teller so here she is. lol  I went to the darkside (because I'm comfortable there) and picked a nontraditional color that is complimented by the surroundings.

So...for the sim....I thought the Mourningvale Thicket was a perfect home for her.  The sim is described as:
"Dark is the heart of Mourningvale Thicket caught fast in an enchanted sleep that runs wild with night mares. However light creeps into even the most cursed of corners. Roses bloom in the moonlight and the sound of gypsy music carries on the wind as flames from distant campfires dance against the night."

This description was my inspiration for this look...the Faire writers are much better at story telling. lol
