I often dream of simpler times...with all that is going on in the world today. Remembering a day when we ventured outside the house to visit family or a neighbor and not just at the holidays. This pic really had me thinking of those days when we would visit my grandmother out on the farm and she always had something cooking...the smell of fresh tortillas, bread or breakfast...yum. It was the little things that made us happy...a kind word, a hug, a smile...simply people caring for one another.
