I attended the Pipins fashion show this past weekend and there were some amazing pieces in this Kimono inspired show. Like Moonlight shown here...this white gown has a vintage feel with wonderful ruffles and beautiful hat that softly frames the face. I felt glamorous when I put this piercing on so the styling evolved from there...adding the CIA bodysuit that has the wonderful graphic lines and this great fur & necklace combination from sYs. I was so excited to get this outfit today...The latest release from Pipins, Reve de Jour. A wonderful mix of color, texture and form. An amazing work of art.

The corset is texture change...I chose the amethyst gemstones with gold metal. One of my favorite parts are the leg pieces that are floral petal in form and used a pose to make them more visible....its quite an elaborate piece you are sure to love.

The Back to Black event is about bringing awareness to mental health issues. When I heard about this event I instantly wanted to support it because we are all affected in some form or fashion. I chose this outfit for my story...stripped away for simplicity with this pic. No its not artsy...I do that all the time....no its not a model look...but that's ok. :)

This Somnia outfit is in the courage section at Back to Black...speaks to me as my will & determination to survive past events. Knowing that no matter the actions of others they couldn't take my creative soul. I still struggle with confidence, I suppose most do, but as does this Finesmith brooch...my heart continues to beat, is surrounded by love and has plenty of love to give.

Imagine Me.... a beautiful song. I'm not an eloquent writer but we live in a wonderful world that has writers of music to speak for us.

I was so happy when Finesmith released Scatterheart, a more formal jewelry style with the heart shape used on the men's pieces. Its amazing as you can see. The set is sold in 2 other colors, smokey & oxidized.

As I was trying to decide what to wear with Finesmith's Scatterheart...I saw the notice come through from Tropicalia Bazaar and thought this Molichino dress was perfect.

While I was at Tropicalia...Finesmith has the same heart on a ring in 2 finishes for 70L each! Of course I bought them both...I will post at another time they didn't fit this styling but they are very cool...you should head over and grab them while you can.

Boho Hobo has some great new items...jean jackets and belts! This jacket in turquoise jacket is current group gift and they also have a purple paisley belt for 22L. The shop was also revamped so head on over and check it out....this store is awesome and the proceeds go to RAWA (the Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan)...their work inside Afghanistan consists mainly of support to female victims of war and atrocities committed by belligerent groups. Designers were asked to make exclusive items for the event. As soon as I saw Ariel by Azoury I was blown away by its natural earthy feel. I'm a tactile person and I wanted to touch and feel the textures...they are amazing.

Other items from the event added are this really cool bag by Glow Studio. Love the shape and spikes...goes perfectly with this dress as does the platform boot by Ladies Who Lunch.

Victoire is Azoury's new release and I can't say enough how much I love these shoes! They have my favorite shape, circles, in the heel...such a fun outfit and of course always love the great texture combinations used in both the mini dress and shoes.

I added Discord Julius hair, which are sculpted twists, along with multi-colored earrings from Aura and new cuff from Epoque....for a fun and funky style. I feel like dancing..I want to dance the night away...
