AD Creations debuted this beautiful new dress at Milan Fashion Week (MFW) along with 4 other exclusive designs.  You will have to be a brave & bold woman to wear this dress...the back is open with floral bow draping over the tushie...it is very revealing.  I suppose you can wear a sexy panty. :)

The MFW finale is Tomorrow, April 14, at 1p SLT and AD Creations designs will again be on the runway.
